I need to say a couple of Thanks to some people who have recently come aboard to help for the first time, and also to a friend who has once again shown his generosity by helping towards my racing.
Mike Chappell and Bates Car and Commercials have kindly bought me an Awning to help me work on my bike and spend time in the paddock in comfort at the race meetings and trackdays!
Mike, himself a very experience and quick racer, who has taught me a thing or two about riding, fine wines and Tapas food in Spain(!) once again offered his support by helping towards an Awning. It is not the first time Mike has hepled out, and i want to say Thank you for all your help and support over the last couple of years.
Along with my Thanks to Mike, I would like to say Thank you to Bates Car and Commercials in Padiham, Burnley http://www.batescarcommercialburnley.co.uk . A long running car servicing and repair center owned by keen rider Andrew 'Blaster' Bates and his Father, they also approached me with the offer of support for 2011.
Together they got me a Surfturf Protex 2 4.5m X 3m awning, which is perfect for my racing. Obviously not red like in the picture, the yellow and black awning will keep me protected from the elements in the paddock every time i ride this year. If you spot the yellow roof, come say hello!
Thanks for your help and support guys, i hope i can repay you with some great results over the year!
