This week i entered my first wildcard BSB National Superstock
1000 race, at Oulton Park 6th-8th July! I am excited to
have this opportunity, and can't wait to get out there with the quick
boys and see what sort of times they can drag me down to!
I'm doing it for a great experience, and to see how the Paddock runs. It is an ambition to run more in the National class in the future depending on the financial situation, and for now, this will be a big eye opener and learning curve, hopefully giving me some great experiences and making me a faster, better racer.

The Metzeler National Superstock 1000 Championship is one of the most
fiercely-contested BSB support series, with young riders competing
alongside professional racers and major manufacturers using the series to showcase their production road machines. This class has helped
springboard riders into the premier classes, including Alastair Seeley
and Steve Brogan who made the move to BSB in 2010.
It's obviously going to be difficult and I'm realistic about how I will get on, but i am going into this hoping to go quicker than i ever have, and enjoy track time with some of the fastest guys to race these Superstock motorbikes to improve myself as a racer.
Already for this round I've had some extremely generous support from several people, and I am currently designing a new graphics design for the bike.
At this stage, I'd like to extend a huge thanks to the generous people at www.1000rr.co.uk, www.BatesCarCommercialBurnley.co.uk, A&A Williams, KD Plumbing, and www.Bluind.co.uk.
Any small donations are greatly welcomed to assist with the costs of making it to this British Superbikes round, where the bike design will hold space on both sides for the names of anyone who wishes to help. Already there have been several individuals who have kindly expressed their support, and once the bike is designed i will be updating the site with plenty of photos and thanks to the people who have helped, along with regular updates and pictures during the weekend. If you would like to help, please contact me by telephone or email at the bottom of the page to arrange how, or use the Paypal facility in the 'be a sponsor' page on this website!
Also tonight the website has reached over 10,000 views! Thanks for showing an interest in my racing, and i hope i can carry on entertaining you with my antics on track!
Wish me luck anyway! Bongo
